We stand by our products and accept returns for items in new and unused condition in original packaging through January 1st, 2027.
You may initiate a return by emailing help@viski.com; please give us 24 hours to respond M-F. Customers pay $10.00 in return shipping for approved returns in new condition in original packaging. Original shipping cost is not refunded.
